Adobe Essentials of Captivate 4.0

Course Length: 2 days

Course Description

Giving people the capability to be self taught has become very popular in many organizations.  Adobe Captivate can help by allowing trainers and others that want to share training and other data without needing to meet with them in person.  Since Adobe Captivate works with audio and video it also allows for a wide variety of creativity and can give a presentation the sensation of personal interaction. With the screen capturing capabilities it gives users the ability to clearly demonstrate how to use different software tools on a computer.  There are interactive capabilities which allow users to give feedback and take tests, so that you can verify if the audience has received the information you have shared with them.  This course is meant for students who have limited or no previous experience with Adobe Captive. The topics covered provide the skills you need to create demonstrations and interactive simulations.

Course Objective: You will explore the essential of Adobe Captive 4, including its tools and features.  You will create and publish different types of software simulation and demonstrations.  You will also learn the basics of working with Audio and Video on a PC and what different file types are standard for working with audio and video.

Target Student: Students who want to learn a user friendly tool that can help create software simulation and demonstrations.
